Mellows or No Mellows?

Hi, guys:

Need a quick poll here.

By now most of you have heard my first two “short shots.” Should I retain any music at all on these? I have had some people claim that it is too distracting, and also that “Volunteers” is too lefty, which it is, of course. Being a Sixties retread myself, I just think it would be a real hoot if we could steal that song from them.

I will be doing a lot of these short shots so they can be passed around the internet like boxes of popcorn, and I need to nail down a format. How long should they be? This latest one was 8 minutes. Is that too long? Would 4 or 5 minutes be better?

The purpose of the music on RFN is largely to provide breaks every 15 minutes or so from the increasingly hoarse, raspy, and annoying sound of my droning voice. That doesn’t apply to the shorties.

Let me know what you think.

Please keep the music! Maybe not so much but at least a couple or three 3-4 minute tunes.
There was one about a month back I really liked. When I get a new set of ear phones I’ll try to identify it.
Also, like political cesspool, would it be a good idea to have some comments from comrades availbe to record in the Northwest?
That might make it feel like even more of a community with various members, women comrades maybe even a kid or two.
    Just a thought.

Well, it’s great. I think that you need to keep up the music, I think that it’s a little further along than a starting out deal. I think the race thing is a hard thing for people to swallow and although I do not think that we should hide all trace of our racist message I just think that we need to start out slower. That’s my two cents.

The Irish Sinn Feinn songs, NS marches, Carlo Gesualdo/Hildegarde Von Bingen, Opera, and the odd Banjo is always most pleasant in a time when music has become for all purposes, a thing of the past.

HAC, I need away to post these on facebook. It is real easy to post those recent David Duke videos, but I have no way to get yours on there. I guess the best way may be youtube.

The intro is too long; after the first verse, lower the volume at the chorus, and begin speaking.

Then, fade out the intro music.

People need to HEAR you, Harold. You have a great speaking voice, and that hits them emotionally – someone is there, and he sounds like he knows what he is talking about.

They are afraid, Harold, horribly, horribly, afraid, and it is the fear of the gelding facing the gladiator, individually, and the rabbits, trapped in their warrens. facing the carnivore which is slowly, certainly digging its way into, and destroying, their little “safe place.”

Your voice reminds them that there are still Patriarchs in the land, and we should hear them out, and hear them well.

More and more people are ready to hear the cold, hard, truth, provided it is supplied by someone who has a positive message that speaks to the racial greatness that is their lost heritage, and can help inspire them to regain it.

I like the short format as supplementary to your regular podcast, but not as a replacement for them. As for the music, I think it has become a key part of your podcast and I have gained from it immensely. In the short format though, in any amount, music is somewhat superfluous. There, as is your want, hit hard, hit fast, and hit deep. In your podcasts you have time, and are very adept, at forming an arguable point or set of points and using them to educate. In the short format your using a pilum not a stylus.
