Requirements

1You must submit a full name. That includes the first and last name that you prefer to go by. We cannot have several “Johns” and “Janes”. We need to be able to distinguish the folks we interact with.

2Secondly we must have a valid mailing address. We must be able to mail you a package, and returned items for invalid addresses costs the party money. We accept a P.O. Box. What is important is that you are able to receive any mailings.
