    If you haven’t fasted since the medical poisoning experience, you definitely should. Lots of people think: you can die from fasting, it is bad to go hungry at all, etc. But the truth is, when it is done right, fasting is awesome! If you can be disciplined enough to consume nothing but tea, broth, and lots of water with some added lemon juice and maple syrup for three days, it will do amazing things for your body and mind. The hunger is not constant, and sometimes during a fast, you will actually feel very good! Just rest and sip away at those purifying beverages while your internal organs take a much-needed vacation. Fasting results in an increased clarity of mind, especially during and right after the fast. Everyone here can benefit from a fast like this. Occasional fasting may actually be necessary to bring about your highest potential of mental performance.
