    All new YouTube acccounts are endowed with 15 minute video upload limits IF the uploader also registers with a Google ID. After 10 video uploads that are not tagged as “offensive” after 30 days, the upload limit is increased to 20 mInutes. The upload time limit is incrementally increased depending on the number of videos successfully uploaded and not protested by “protected minorities”. Fifty successful video uploads can garner you a 120 minute video time limit, which is the maximum allowed. You must enroll in YouTube’s special Java upload service to take advantage of this.
