Homeland Blog
We Will Create a White Homeland in the Pacific Northwest.

This blog is getting utterly overrun with stupid blogspams, everything from Viagra to “mature sex” (yewww!) to gibberish in Russian and Chinese and strange computer-related chats that I haven’t a clue what it’s about. I am getting almost a hundred of them per day now. Is anyone else experiencing them and is there anything at all that can be done besides deleting them?

Different blog softwares have spam-preventative software, such as a “captcha” code or another verification of some sorts.

Use MailWasher. It’s freeware and it “learns”. Once an item has been identified as spam, it will always be marked for deletion. I used it when I was getting up to 100 of these things every day. Here’s the URL.

Whenever you want to check your mail, open Mailwasher instead of your usual program. It can even be set (your choice) to delete spam automatically, and any number of “filters” (key words) can be used to help it recognise unwanted messages.

    Hope that helps.

Oops! Sorry. I misunderstood, thinking you meant e-mail spam. No idea what can be done about this stuff.

Here’s a free .html Captcha Code you can paste into your blog index file.
